Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the platform — duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice. 2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions are processed in PHP and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the transaction. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within the standard timeline of the selected e-wallet provider, and wjpiso is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems. You must ensure that the e-wallet account used for withdrawals is registered in your own name and matches the details on your wjpiso account. Any attempt to use payment methods belonging to another person may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3. Use of the Platform and Game Rules

The wjpiso platform is provided for entertainment purposes and is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. All games available on the platform — including online slots, live casino tables, and bingo rooms — are governed by individual game rules that are displayed within each game interface. Players are expected to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before participating. wjpiso reserves the right to void any game round or transaction where a technical error, system fault, or breach of game rules is identified. Results generated by the platform's random number generator or live dealer systems are final and binding, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process outlined in these terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any activity that is fraudulent, abusive, or intended to manipulate the outcome of any game or transaction on the wjpiso platform. The following are strictly prohibited: using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; colluding with otherplayers to gain an unfair advantage; exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain; providing false identity information during registration or verification; and attempting to launder funds through the platform. Any account found to be in violation of these prohibitions will be suspended immediately, and any balance associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited. wjpiso cooperates fully with Philippine authorities and relevant regulatory bodies in investigating suspected fraudulent activity. 5. Account Suspension and Termination

wjpiso reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except in cases where immediate action is required to prevent further harm. Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to an active investigation or restriction will be returned to the player's registered e-wallet within the standard processing timeline. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as outlined in the platform's operational policies.
